GENERAL QUESTIONS
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery here.
What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time of your order consists of the processing time and the shipping time:
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) will be processed the same business day (Mon - Fri).
Processing time: 1-4 business days (Mon - Fri).
Shipping time: 7-10 business days (Mon - Fri).
Please note that holidays and busy periods may affect the delivery time.
I am not satisfied with my package.
You have up to 14 days after receiving your package to return the item (unopened and unused). Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for information on returning your package.
How quickly will I receive a refund?
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving your return.
Which payment methods can I use?
- Visa: A globally accepted credit card for safe and reliable payments.
- Mastercard: A widely used credit card option accepted internationally.

How can I track my order?

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all our orders in the United Kingdom. So also for smaller orders with for example only 1 product.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Do you want to change the delivery address of your order? Please contact our customer service via info@selvara.nl within 24 hours after placing your order or before the cut-off time. We will do our best to fulfill your request, depending on the status of your order.
How do I use my gift card or discount code?
During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter your gift card or voucher code in the field provided. After entering your code, click or tap the 'Apply' button to redeem your gift card or voucher.
The total amount will then be adjusted automatically. Once your gift card or voucher has been successfully applied, you can proceed with the checkout process as usual. Review your order details, enter any additional required information, and complete your purchase.

Order is stated as delivered, but I have not received anything?
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
Check the delivery address: Make sure the address was entered correctly when placing the order. Packages are sometimes delivered to neighbours, the reception or another location on your property.
Look for delivery notes: Check for delivery notes left by the delivery driver. Parcels can be left in safe places or at a reception if you are not at home.
Contact customer service: If you cannot find the parcel, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order and tracking information, and we will help you further to solve the problem and ensure that you receive your order.

I have not received my order confirmation, what now?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This email will contain the order number (minimum 4 digits), a summary of the order and the delivery address.
Sometimes the order confirmation email can accidentally end up in your spam or junk folder. Please take a moment to check these folders in your email account and see if the confirmation email is there.
If you have checked your spam folder, waited a while and verified your email address but still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service team. Provide them with your order details, including your full name and order number, and they will help you verify the status of your order and resend the confirmation email if necessary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the return costs from your home to the entrepreneur are for your own account. Please check your carrier's website for exact rates.
Conditions for returns
Product condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Certain types of goods such as perishable goods, personalised items or hygiene-sensitive products (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@selvara.nl within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and vary depending on the courier and the size or weight of the package.
How quickly will I receive a refund?
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving your return.
My product was received damaged or defective. What now?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
